I love your Steampunk Zeppelin. It’s like that movie The Imaginarium of Dr. Parnassus

I and my significant other are very involved in significant creative art projects for local Burning Man events. Among our projects are a large Green Man puppet and a dragon that require several people to operate. We also like anything that is Steampunk. I have been very motivated by what you have shared on model zeppelin construction, especially using re-purposed materials. So, I have started construction of my own that I know you will find interesting. I will be glad to share later. How are your rivets made and attached?

Thanks for your comment and your interest. The rivets aren’t actually rivets. They are puff paint dots meant to look like rivets. Just a quick trick to create the illusion of metal even though everything is re-purposed paper, cardboard and plastic pieces!

Thank you,
